Instructions on how to set up a faculty/practitioner account

The registration process is simple, and should only take a few minutes. You will be asked to fill out a short form that will ask you for basic information, and require you to choose a password. Once you submit your information your account will go through a validation process.
Click here to start the registration process.

1.) Select if you are Faculty, Practitioner or Both.

2.) Enter your personal information in the appropriate fields.

• you must input your first and last name.
• you must input your school/institution.
• enter your phone number.
• enter your E-mail address. Be sure to use a valid current E-mail address so that we can use it to contact you if necessary.
  Your E-mail address will be used as your Username.
• re-type your E-mail address for accuracy.
• enter your mailing address.
• choose a password. Note: this password will be used as your login password.
• re-type your password for accuracy.

3.) Indicate if you are available to mentor. If you chose Yes continue to step 4, if you have chosen No click here to skip to step 6.

4.) If you are available to Mentor choose the Applications that interest you.

5.) Now choose your area of Mathematics.

6.) The final step is to make sure that all your information is correct and click the “Submit” button.
Once you submit your information your account will begin the validation process.
